"We have utilized the services of Hillside Catering several times over the last two years.  The service is fantastic and the food is excellent.  We have always received good feedback from our team members.   Excellent customer service is a sure sign of a great business and Dave and the gang went above and beyond what I had hoped for.  When we went to three shifts and needed to serve on all three shifts, Dave and his staff stepped up to the plate (like that pun?) and served our staff at 1 PM, 6:30 PM and came back again at 1 AM to serve our third shift.  All of the meals were fresh and the staff was always pleasant and accommodating to our needs!"
